You will find our customer service reps to be well trained in our products. Each one of our CSRs is totally self sufficient with enhanced phone systems, computers, and printers/fax machines.
The phone system displays the length of time a customer has been on the phone. It also pulls up your purchase history as you punch in your customer code.
Our entire customer order system has been designed with the same “point and click” philosophy as the EZSeries Touchpanel Editor Software. Our target is to answer your phone call within 30 seconds of the first ring.
We realize that most End-User plants start early in the morning and West Coast customers are also entitled to make purchasing decisions until closing time and not 1:30pm. Therefore, we extended our live order desk to open at 6:00 am and close at 8:00 pm Central Standard Time.

EZAutomation currently has its franchises in all continents its products are stocked and supported in USA, Canada, Columbia, Germany, Portugal, South Africa, India, Australia and New Zealand. We are in the process of setting up franchises all over the world. It is our goal to have local stock, customer support and technical support in most industrial nations utilizing automation products within the next 3 years.
