General Description : Remote I/O on Profibus

EZRIO has an optional Profibus Slave Card which can be plugged on the backside of the EZRIO base.

This EZRIO can be interfaced to a master device on a Profibus network. 244 bytes of data can be exchanged between EZRIO and profibus master deivce. This concept of remote I/O connectivity is going to save you hundreds or even thousands of dollars.
