Let’s examine the complete system cost for making a counter display with our EZPLC/EZMarquee combination along with a 24VDC power supply and two proximity sensors. The proximity sensors are for generating inputs for good part and bad part count which feed a signal to EZPLC. Our EZPLC generates an ASCII string for EZMarquee through its built-in marquee instruction set and is sent over RS232/485 communication port.
