All EZSeries Textpanels are very compact with only 1.154" depth and can communicate serially to almost all PLCs available in the market. When using the EZSeries Text panel in a very shallow enclosure application, you may need to substitute the 24 VDC power input connector with an alternate thin profile connector as well.
