On EZ TextPLC, 32 local I/O base consisting of 4 slots is available in EZ-220-PLC, EZ-420-PLC and EZ-220V-PLC and 48 Local I/O base consisting of 6 slots is on EZ-220P-PLC and EZ-220PV-PLC models. EZSeries TextPLC can handle 8-2000 I/O points with highest flexibility. This is possible by communicating 2 or more EZ PLCs through RS-485 via Modbus RTU or through Ethernet port via Modbus TCP/IP depending upon the user requirement. EZSeries TextPLC's are available in 5 models for different dispalys. Depending upon the size of the Text PLC, 4 slots and 6 slots I/O base are available in the Text PLCs. Each slot can handle 8 I/O points . Mixed analog input and output modules are available for both current and voltage sources. This helps the user to design his system efficiently. PLC uses EZ IO modules with removeable terminal blocks and offers direct wiring to the most common analog devices in the market such as pressure transducers, panel meters, thermocouple inputs, proportional valves etc.

EZ I/Os Analog I/O modules offer 12 bit resolution along with 0.2% Gain Error on Analog Output and Gain Error of ±2 counts on Analog Input modules. That's 50% more acccurate than DL06's Analog module!
