Our EZSeries TextPLC has built-in ASCII Communication capability which allows you to connect to any compatible ASCII device in a seamless manner. RS422/RS485 port on the PLC supports ASCII in or out. Data rates can vary from 1200 to 38.4 K. Error detection bits can be sent or received in transcations. Time/Date Stamps are available in three formats.

It can communicate to barcode readers, weigh scales, embedded controllers and can also be used for networking EZ Marquees etc.
